Apprenticeships: Unlocking Opportunities explores why companies are changing the future face of the workforce with their apprenticeship programmes.

Compass Group UK & Ireland took part, talking to our people about why our apprenticeships are important for career development at all levels. Our video features Nicola Harper-Bennett, who completed our Forward with Marcus Wareing programme and is now Group Executive Chef within ESS, and Kundai Nazare, Level 2 Apprentice Commis Chef for Eurest.
