Our food service specialists, Eurest, is a long-term partner of Cambridge Consultants, a global product development and technology firm based just outside of Cambridge. Eurest initially partnered with the company to deliver a culinary transformation at their head office and have been in collaboration since.
A successful restaurant refurbishment
With a 150-seat workplace restaurant that was struggling to cope with the demand of providing lunch for the 400-strong workforce at the time, the Eurest team and Cambridge Consultants realised quickly that a radical re-think was in order.
The catering specialists worked together with the firm to re-plan both the front and back of house, making sure all aspects of the workplace restaurant could comfortably host 400 plus people.

Business catering within a relaxed workplace
The main focus of the Cambridge Consultants restaurant refurbishment was to create a space that had nothing to do with work so people could sit and genuinely take a break.
The refurbished restaurant was successful launched and has become the relaxed hub that both parties visualised, comfortably able to cope with feeding every member of the workforce on their breaks.
The restaurant refurbishment process has strengthened an already-robust relationship between Cambridge Consultants and the Eurest team.
