Having worked in HR throughout her career, Carol has gained a wealth of HR experience across various industries and is committed to developing and investing in people, as well as creating an inclusive culture.

For Carol, the caring culture and passion our people have for their jobs, along with their dedication to clients, is what has impressed her the most since joining the Compass family in December 2023. She is looking forward to supporting the company’s ongoing commitment to its people and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
She is a big foodie and is really enjoying learning about the business. Her parents immigrated to the UK from the Caribbean as part of the Windrush generation which has influenced her cooking which is often a Caribbean and British fusion.
Two daughters take up most of her spare time and at weekends she can be seen cheering from the side-lines at sporting events or dance and theatrical performances.
