Before applying however, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria, including having the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme being offered. Submit your application online by registering your details and include an up to date CV showcasing what you can bring to the role.
We will ask you a series of questions to check your eligibility for the roles you are applying for.
If successful you will be invited to take part in series on online assessments designed to identify your potential for our Graduate Programme. This will be held online and will measure your potential through Situational Judgement scenarios, cognitive ability and behaviours that make you right for our programme as a one way video interview.
We know how important feedback is, so at the end of the assessment you will receive a report to help you understand ow you performed and also highlight any potential development areas.
All successful applicants will be invited to attend a half or full day assessment centre which is designed to test your team work, resilience and your presentation skills through a number of practical exercises.
We will hold Candidate Briefings ahead of the Assessment Centres to give you an insight and share useful tips to get the best out of the day!
The Compass Graduate Programme commences in October, although some roles may agree start dates prior to this.
