Our programme
Finance

This three-year programme consists of three one-year rotations designed to develop our next generation of Finance Managers. As you advance through the programme you'll have the opportunity to rotate within our Group FTSE 20 business, gaining the skills needed to make key financial decisions across various areas of our business.

Ideally holding a Finance & Accounting-based degree, you’ll also receive financial and practical support to help you complete your CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

Data Insights

Set across four six-month rotations, this two-year programme will equip you with all the skills to become a leading Data Scientist, Engineer, or Analyst.

Ideally with a degree in Computing, Engineering, or Mathematics, you’ll lead the way in using data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to revolutionise how insights are leveraged within the hospitality sector.

Operations

This two-year programme sets you up as our future Operations Manager, overseeing single units, multi-sites, and even multi-service contracts. Set across four six-month rotations, you’ll make key commercial decisions and collaborate directly with customers, clients, and senior leaders.
