Charlotte joined Compass Group UK & Ireland in September 2020, after a career leading communications and public affairs in government, media, retail and charity sectors, most recently with John Lewis Partnership, Asda and consumer champion Which?. She has also held non-executive and advisory roles for the British Retail Consortium, an NHS community midwifery provider and an organic baby food start up.
It was the mix of private and public sector business and the opportunity to make a positive social impact which drew her to join the Compass family, along with her love of food.
Charlotte is a keen cook, mother of three discerning foodies and married into a family of vegetable growers who are passionate about organic and local food. As a lifelong Londoner she is a fan of its fine dining, street food and cocktail scene. So all-round Compass is a perfect fit for her lifestyle.
