What to expect...

Once you’ve identified a role of interest, here’s what to expect from the application process. Before applying, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, including the right to work in the UK for the full duration of employment.

Online Application

Submit your application online by registering your details and include an up to date CV showcasing what you can bring to the role.

We will ask you a series of questions to check your eligibility for the roles you are applying for.

    • Make sure, when everything is complete, that you follow steps to complete and submit your application

Online Assessment & Video Interview

If successful you will be invited to take part in series of online assessments designed to identify your potential for our Graduate Programme.  This will be held online via modules and a one way video interview to measure your potential through Situational Judgement scenarios, cognitive ability and behaviours that make you right for our programme.  

We know how important feedback is, so at the end of the assessment you will receive a report to help you understand how you performed and also highlight any potential development areas.

    • The assessments are not timed but try to work through as quickly as you can
    • Read all the information before selecting your answer
    • Have a calculator to hand
    • Try to relax! We want to see the best of you and what you have to offer.

Assessment Centre

All successful applicants will be invited to attend a half or full day assessment centre which is designed to test your team work, resilience and your presentation skills through a number of practical exercises.

We will hold Candidate Briefings ahead of the Assessment Centres to give you an insight and share useful tips to get the best out of the day!

Start Date & Induction

The Compass Graduate Programme commences in October, although some roles may agree start dates prior to this.
