The majority of your learning will be gained through on the job placements in roles across the business, providing you with real job experiences in roles which will help you to develop the skills needed to be successful.

We recognise that starting in an new business can be daunting so we will provide you with plenty of support, including a mentor who can help you navigate the organisation, discuss any challenges, questions or ideas you may have.

Regular reviews will be held with your Graduate Programme Manager who will be there to support you every step of the way.

We encourage regular feedback throughout the programme and look to continuously improve what we do.

You will be enrolled into our Learning & Development Programme to support you during your role placements and help develop those all-important professional skills to be successful in our business.
