Chris has been in the Compass family for over 12 years and has worked across a variety of roles implementing winning strategies for businesses. He has extensive experience in sustainable net growth, business development, commercial turnaround and process management.
Chris loves to work with people who share his passion and commitment to creating a best in class customer experience. That commitment is demonstrated through his hands-on approach, where he is as comfortable pulling pints behind the bar in our stadium business, as he is agreeing food goals with a client.
Prior to becoming our Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, Chris was named ‘UK Businessperson of the Year 2021’ by The Register of Irish Business Excellence, crowning three transformational years leading our Compass Group Ireland business.
As a family man and someone that loves to keep active, Chris loves going hill walking with his family and if time allows, the odd round of golf.
